Mike Scott is a planner, urban designer and communicator whose lifelong passions are sense of place, streets for people and community facilitation.
He is a founding director of Melbourne-based planning, design and engagement consultancy Planisphere, which specialises in public policy, city planning, urban design, landscape architecture, built form analysis, consultation and facilitation at every level, from statewide to local area.
Mike has developed pioneering methodologies for activity centre planning, built form analysis, community engagement, bike planning, heritage planning and landscape assessment, work that has been recognized with five national planning institute awards for excellence.
